The tranquil and prosperous village of Simbi has just experienced a bountiful harvest and the chief throws a huge party. However, strange woman comes along and before you know it the village is threatened with fatal floods. Simbi won the best Film Award in 2004 Africa Cine Week Film Festival, Nairobi
Simbi is based on an oral story from Nyanza in Western Kenya which explains the existence of a mysterious lake.
